Refund policy
At Taruhva Naturals, all our products are carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch. Due to the personal nature of skincare and haircare products, all purchases made on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable.
However, products are eligible for replacement under the following conditions:
* The product received is damaged
* The package seal is broken upon delivery
* The product received is expired
* The order remains undelivered for an unusually long period
* An incorrect product has been delivered
To process a replacement request, customers must provide clear photo or video proof while opening the parcel. Opening videos are mandatory for damaged or incorrect product claims. Requests without valid proof may not be eligible for replacement.
Replacement requests must be reported through our official email along with the required proof and order details.
Once the request is verified and approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 working days from the date the query is resolved.
